When Suzanne and I finally found the right block in Palm Cove to build our holiday home, we needed to find the right builders. As we were interstate and hoping to manage it all remotely, there was even more incentive to find a team that could make this all happen.
Wow! Boy did we hit the jackpot with Mark and Sharna at Unique constructions. From the first initial chat we had with Sharna there was sense that this was a journey that they would make easy for us. Every step of the way from discussing plans through to the various finishes, we were part of the build. They were open about costs and were always invested in making sure that this home reflected our needs and really involved us in all the decision making processes. Updates were given regularly and as the build progressed our views were always canvassed on new ideas that would make this home truly ours.
When finally it was complete, might I add, in a timely but not rushed way, we saw it for the first time and were overwhelmed by their skills and eye for detail. Everything exceeded our expectations and the teams they utilise for the fit out were brilliant.
Our family can only thank them immensely for what they have created. They are beautiful people who build beautiful homes and in this crazy world that is something special.
